Proposed Road Construction Plan for 2013:

A. Preparation of Lakeshore - approximately 0.7 miles for paving in 2014

B. Preparation of Recreation Drive- approximately 0.1 miles for paving in 2014

C. Preparation of Ash Street- approximately 0.1 miles for paving in 2014

D. Preparation of Maple Street- approximately 0.1 miles for paving in 2014

E. Preparation of Grove Street- approximately 0.1 miles for paving in 2014

F. Preparation of Center Road- approximately 0.2 miles from Ash towards Ridge Road for paving in 2014

G. Paving of Moose Drive Road- approximately 0.3 miles

D. Paving of Center Road- approximately 0.3 miles

E. Re-construct and pave-approximately 1.0 mile of Three Rivers Road

Maintenance scheduled for 2013 include:

Crack Sealing will be done on a rotational basis each year with the township having three sectors. Sector #1 was completed this year. Rotation is Sector#1 (2012,2015,etc.) , Sector #2 (2013,2016 etc.) and Sector#3
(2014,2017, etc.).

A. Crack Sealing of SECTOR #2 approximately 8.5 miles of local roads to include the following roads: Jennings Terrace; Jennings Terrace Court; Four Seasons Drive; Whitetail Trail; Deer Run Trail; West River Drive;
Lundy Drive; West Branch Drive; Pinehurst Drive; Beaver Court; and West River Court.

B. Three (two pass) brinings on the 10 miles of unpaved roads

C. Re-graveling of Wirtz Road- approximately 0.3 miles

D. Chip and Seal Redstone- approximately 0.1 miles

E. Chip and Seal West River Road - approximately 0.9 miles from Beaver Court to M-30

F. Chip and Seal Beaver Court - approximately 0.1 miles

G. Chip and Seal Cedar Lake Road- approximately 0.6 miles from N. Pinecrerst Road north to end of curves.

H. Chip and Seal N. Pinecrest Road- approximately 0.1 miles

I. Request the county to Chip n Seal Secord Dam Road between Three Rivers and Lakeshore
